Chairperson
Paddy joined the winter maintenance industry in 2017 where his passion for innovation led to his involvement in many key industry projects. Through his role at Peacock Salt, he helps roads authorities transition to more sustainable practices for their network, specialising in active travel routes and pre-wet salt treatments.
Charles Robertson
Vice-Chair
With over 20 years winter maintenance industry experience, Charles has enjoyed a number of roles before setting up Winter Service Solutions in 2011. Charles is passionate about helping winter service practitioners deliver better winter service utilising innovative products
Richard Hayes
Keynote Speaker
Having previously worked as CEO of the IHE for over 7 years, Richard now works as a Highways Consultant, providing advice, training and mentoring on winter maintenance guidance documentation to both public and private sector clients.
